A fire started in the United States embassy in the Saudi capital of Riyadh after it was hit by two drones suspected to be from Iran. The Saudi Ministry of Defence says the strike on the embassy early on March 3rd caused “minor material damage” to the compound. It comes as the region sees more attacks targeting US assets amid Iran’s retaliation to US-Israeli strikes.
